UKIHCA CEO Izabella Natrins will discuss how the tools and techniques used in health coaching support the delivery of lifestyle medicine on the ground.


5.30 – 7.00pm 23 October
NHS Panel Discussion: Transforming Patient Health, NHS Healthcare Practice & Delivery Systems with Health Coaching.

In our 90-minute session, a panel of UK senior doctors will participate in a panel discussion to:

  • Highlight how doctors are using health coaching to work across a range of settings in private, general and hospital practice and in the community
  • Illustrate the impact of health coaching on a variety of health conditions from oncology to autoimmune conditions, Long-Covid, chronic disease (long term conditions) obesity/weight management, mental health, Health promotion/Lifestyle Medicine.
