Reset Your Health is an informative and individualised online programme with equips the user with evidence-based nutritional advice and the practical skills they need to eat healthily.

Using a detailed ingredient-based algorithm RYH provides recipes personalised to an individual’s food preferences, dietary requirements and health conditions helping reverse health conditions caused by lifestyle.

Users simply input their eating preferences (i.e. vegetarian, lactose-free), medical information (i.e. hypertension, type 2 diabetes) and deficiencies (i.e. low in iron) and they are then given four weeks’ worth of recipes designed to improve both their physical and mental health.

Reset Your Health has been created by Catherine Rogers, a mental health therapist who provides a multi-disciplinary insight into health issues.

Passionate about how physical health can improve mental health, her best-selling book, Gut Well Soon, explores this link and explains how by carefully choosing what you eat you can improve both your health and wellbeing.
