Clare is a GP Partner and Trainer at The Cedars Surgery in Maidenhead. Clare is also Clinical Lead for Prevention for the Frimley ICS.

Clare is passionate about lifestyle medicine and promotes this in all her consultations. Clare teaches LM to trainees in the Windsor VTS, and local trainers group. Clare has held a Lifestyle Medicine Conference for healthcare practitioners, and is planning smaller events over the coming year.

Clare believes lifestyle medicine should be taught to undergraduate medical students, promoted to HCPs, and incorporated into every consultation. Whilst 10 minute consultations can prove challenging to this goal, Clare uses group consultations in her practice to help to facilitate this.
