North East Scotland: Regional Public Meeting

Join the BSLM North East Scotland team for a free webinar open to GPs, healthcare professionals and patients wanting to learn more about lifestyle medicine.

GPs, healthcare professionals and patients are invited to a free online webinar to learn more about lifestyle medicine and its potential to help people with chronic health conditions.

The webinar has been organised by the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine’s team in North East Scotland and is open to BSLM members and those interested in joining our growing movement.

Lifestyle medicine is an established medical discipline which uses evidence-based approaches to prevent, manage and treat chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, respiratory and musculoskeletal conditions and mental health issues.

Lifestyle medicine clinicians support patients to make healthy changes in their lives in areas including diet/nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress reduction, social connection and harmful substance cessation.
