Throughout the ages of modern man, exercise has had a place in health and wellness. Exercise can be broken down into an array of categories, each with different benefits. Cardiovascular exercise is widely accepted and the benefits are almost unanimously agreed on. Resistance training is not as well understood; sports like Body Building even have some stigma associated.
