Dr Sarah Sykes is a Locum GP, Regional Director for East of England for BSLM, and Performance Coach. She works in the NHS, and has her own private practice using Performance Coaching and Lifestyle Medicine to help patients work to obtain Health & Happiness.
Sarah delivers teaching to local Medical Students, and Doctors in Training to help integrate a coaching approach into their everyday consultations.
