Dr Smith is a GP based in the Highlands of Scotland with over 17 years experience and a Learning Academy Associate for the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. He has special interests in lifestyle medicine, medical education and occupational health and has had a diverse portfolio career including involvement as a University Clinical Senior Lecturer, a Military Medical Examiner and a doctor for a Scottish Premiership football club.

Outside of work Adam enjoys all things sport and music. He has a Scottish F.A. coaching badge and coaches a junior football team.
