The Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM), previously the Australian Lifestyle Medicine Association (ALMA), is a multidisciplinary society working towards improved prevention, management, and treatment of chronic, complex and lifestyle-related conditions. ‘Lifestyle-related’ includes environmental, societal, behavioural and other factors.
