Please join us at Aberlady (Luffness) for a 1hr chat around lifestyle medicine. An opportunity for BSLM Members and others interested in getting to know lifestyle medicine to connect to increase the education and awareness of lifestyle medicine within their local community. To ensure we live the principles ourselves, we’ll walk as we talk. Anyone with an interest in lifestyle medicine is very welcome to attend - not limited to BSLM members. (NB - this is an informal gathering and anyone joining does so at their own risk)
