Manchester & North West Zoom Meeting

In this talk Annice will cover many practical lifestyle based solutions that are prescriptive for the specific symptoms and health issues occurring in Menopause today.

Menopause is a natural hormone transition and can cause significant symptoms in many women. HRT doesn’t always resolve symptoms, nor is it safe for all women to use. There are many options to bolster quality of life, and enable long term health through menopause, which do not involve taking medication forever.

All women should be supported to implement a range of holistic lifestyle strategies which will bolster long term health, as well as reduce menopause symptoms, with no risks or side effects. In addition to general lifestyle approaches, women should be supported to identify a menopause management path tailored to their individual needs that enables them to thrive through menopause. The right path will not be the same path for everyone because every woman’s menopause experience is unique.

In this talk Annice will cover many practical lifestyle based solutions that are prescriptive for the specific symptoms and health issues occurring in Menopause today.
