Life Med for MSK Pain (aka Lifestyle Medicine for Musculoskeletal Pain) was created through the united efforts of Dr George Ampat, a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in non-operative management of musculoskeletal conditions, and Dr Deepak Ravindran, a Consultant Pain Physician specialising in drug-free and intervention-free pain management. The resource aims to provide a refresher course on musculoskeletal medicine, with a focus on lifestyle measures to treat joint and bone pain. Interactive discussions, workshops and demonstrations will be provided by Dr Ampat and Dr Ravindran, both of whom have experience in public teaching and conducting CPD events.
