Food Allergies & Intolerances in Plant-Based Diets with Rosie Martin

Healthcare professionals and individuals who have allergies or intolerances will be provided with practical information on the differences between allergy and intolerance, the common food triggers, and managing these whilst being able to maintain good nutritional health on a plant based diet.

The session will enable both health professionals and individuals to have more confidence in the poorly understood area of food allergy and intolerance.
