As a BSLM member, you are part of a growing community of clinicians working to embed lifestyle medicine into everyday practice. This campaign makes it easy to share that work publicly and help raise awareness of lifestyle medicine among your peers and wider networks. Whether you’re looking to champion lifestyle medicine in your community or take on a more formal advocacy role, there are many ways to support BSLM. How To Use These Resources
What is included
There are 14 graphics, each paired with a suggested caption covering a different aspect of lifestyle medicine, from the six pillars and evidence base to group consultations, health coaching and the BSLM conference.
Choosing what to post
You do not need to use all 14. Pick the topics that feel most relevant to your practice and the audience you want to reach. Posting one or two well-chosen pieces will land better than sharing everything at once.
Using the captions
The captions are written to work as they are, but please do make them your own. Adding a line about your own experience, your specialism or your patient population will make them feel more authentic and will resonate more with your audience. The captions for course reviews, lifestyle medicine in practice, and the conference are designed specifically to be written in your own voice.
Which platforms
These graphics and captions are suitable for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram and Facebook. LinkedIn tends to work well for reaching clinical colleagues. Instagram and Facebook may be better for reaching patients and the general public, depending on your audience.

Becoming a certified ambassador for us means you join a growing multidisciplinary network of passionate lifestyle medicine champions and practitioners across the country. The programme recognises those who are practicing lifestyle medicine in their roles and beyond, and why their efforts matter in shaping the future of healthcare and empowering and equipping their patients. This programme also will equip you with further information and the ability to become fully aligned with our approach and recommend our education through our exclusive ambassador resources.
