Early Bird Sale Period
- Early bird tickets are on sale until June 5th (11.59pm)
- Super Early Bird Tickets are only available to members of BSLM
- No discounts can be applied to Super Early Bird Tickets
- There are only a limited number of Super Early Bird Tickets; once these are sold Early Bird Tickets will be available
- Any tickets purchased during the Early Bird period can only be refunded during the Early Bird period and all refunds will be subject to an administration fee levied by BSLM
- No refunds will be made on any early bird ticket after the early bird ticket period has ended
General Sale Period
- This will be from June 6th until September 9th
- Any requests to purchase tickets, should any be available, from September 10th will be at the discretion of BSLM
- Refunds will be processed, upon request, until 31st July less an administration fee
General Terms
- Refund requests must be made in writing to BSLM office email address
- Discount codes can be used against Early Bird and Full Price tickets
- Discount codes are for use only by the intended recipient, are no transferable and have no monetary value
In the unlikely event that, due to circumstances beyond the control of BSLM, an in-person conference is not possible then all tickets will automatically be transferred to allow attendance at a virtual event. The difference of the ticket price can be refunded upon request through office@bslm.org.uk, alternatively, should you wish to donate the difference towards to the work of the Charity, this would be greatly appreciated. Due to volume, refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
Should a virtual event not take place then full refunds will be processed.
