This five-day course offers an opportunity to obtain a foundation level certificate in Applied Human Nutrition covering basic nutritional concepts, through current research and methods, to prevention, healthcare and policy applications.
The course is run by NNEdPro Global Centre for Nutrition and Health in partnership with the School of Advanced Studies on Food and Nutrition of the University of Parma, Italy.
It features leading global nutrition experts covering topics including: basic concepts in nutrition, research methods, nutrition in disease prevention, nutrition in healthcare, public health and policy.
