Dr Adaeze Ifezulike MBE is a GP Partner at Woodside Medical Group, a Family Physician, and a Lifestyle Medicine Physician with over 2 decades of experience in medicine and primary care.

She is also a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners and a Board Certified Diplomate of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine.

She is passionate about improving health outcomes and reducing health inequalities for minority ethnic communities in Scotland and beyond.

She is also an award-winning author of several books, including Rudolph the Grumpy Reindeer, a children’s Christmas storybook and gratitude journal, which received a Firebird Honorable Mention Award in January 2023. This book teaches children the power of positive thinking and self-belief.

She has received multiple honors and recognitions for her work, such as the
