About Fiona Moffatt

Dr Fiona Moffatt is a Chartered Physiotherapist, Associate Professor and Director of Postgraduate Research in the School of Health Sciences at the University of Nottingham, UK. Her clinical and research interests are in: physical activity and rehabilitation; aquatic exercise; management of pain; First Contact Physiotherapy; dysfunctional breathing; quality improvement; implementation science; and healthcare design, delivery and productivity. She has published and presented in internationally recognised fora and is motivated by promoting physical activity for all and understanding the psychosocial dimensions of health and wellbeing. Fiona is one of the founding members of #MovementForMovement, a representative on Swim England’s Health Commission and a collaborator in the international CauseHealth Project.
